A corporation is a legal entity, a fictional stand-in for a person. It has powers and liabilities independent of its stockholders, board executives and employees.

The main purpose of a corporation is to control an operation of business activity, while limiting the liability of the owners or administrators, primarily the board of directors and officers. The corp is an entity of its own, and if it gets in trouble it is usually only the corp that has to deal with it or get penalized.

The corporation format arose out of commercial activities going back to franchises granted by a government or a religious institution to noble families for conducting particular business activities. It is about protecting wealth, while being privileged to conduct additional wealth building activities with limited liability.

Corporate Operations
Most business corporations for profit are owned by stockholders. The company could be privately held by a few family members or partners, or publicly owned with shares sold in the marketplace.

The board of directors and the executives they select supposedly work for the benefit of the stockholders. Whoever owns enough shares to have controlling interest often makes sure that they benefit the most. If the revenues are sufficient, executives often receive very great rewards. Many corporate executives tend to engage in game strategies such as beating or eliminating their competitors and the takeover of other companies.

Some aggressive execs exploit the assets of the company or of takeover victims, including manipulating securities, for quick profits. They tend to pad the "bottom line" in the short term, possibly to capture substantial bonuses, even at the expense of the long term health of the company.

Executives who cross the line and go beyond standard operating procedures in pursuing profit or covering up shady acts, are rarely prosecuted for illegal practices. Occasionally "white collar" corporate insiders with weaker connections are convicted of a crime, though often enduring only mild sentences, such as limited home incarceration or a short time in a minimum security facility. Others that are well-connected get away with acts that should be prosecuted.

Large corporations often have subsidiary corporations. A subsidiary could be a company that has been acquired or a spin-off of the parent company for one purpose or another. The subsidiary is usually under control of the parent board of directors.

Corporate executives enjoy being in charge of making decisions and setting policies. They get used to being in control, and like to keep expanding the realm under their control, similar to a noble being master of their domain.

The corporation normally has the hierarchical structure of a pyramid, a favorite image of the esoteric societies. This is not unlike the royal courts of feudalism. The topmost controllers of the Transnational Interlocking Corporate Kingdom behind the global corporate system actually include among them those of royal blood, great wealth and/or a claim of divine mandate.

The Corporatization Of America & The World
Most of what is available in the U.S. marketplace, and most of the world, is produced and/or sold by a corporation.

Almost every common business, union, educational institution, church and organization, including governments, is a corporation. Nearly every product, service, food concept, medicine, toy, movie, song, celebrity, candidate and personality, that becomes known to the general public, goes through the normal corporate process of analysis, R & D, market research, packaging, branding, marketing, and, if necessary, spin or repositioning.

The American lifestyle that has developed from the ingenuity of our inventors and creative artists, and the adventurousness of our entrepreneurs, has been adopted, adapted and modified by corporations. Nearly every good idea that may make money is incorporated.

The commercial areas of nearly every town look pretty much the same. You find mostly the same corporate stores, the same restaurants, the same cinemas, the same auto services, the same gasoline companies, and the same corporate brands in supermarkets, convenience stores and other home product outlets.

Almost every home is a model of corporate product development, promotion and merchandizing, from the furnishings, to the refrigerator and kitchen cupboards and the food products in them, and also in the bathroom, the basement, the yard and the garage.

Corporate Non-Profits
Most charities, foundations, arts & cultural organizations, churches, social groups, service organizations, etc., are not-for-profit corporations, with a board of directors and officers. A non-profit operates in a similar style to a for-profit corporation. Instead of stockholders, most non-profits have members or supporters.

Some non-profits are very embedded in the corporate world. A number of charities, foundations and educational institutions are heavily supported by big corps, their execs and management.

Wealthy people often start or serve on the board of a non-profit. Many for-profit corporate directors are also on the boards of non-profits.

Many non-profit corps focus on and receive government grants. Grant applications for government programs are often carefully structured to meet the government specifications for a particular grant.

There are numerous non-profits that are operated to foster circumstances favorable to profit making corporations related by interlocking boards. This has greatly served the expansion of the TICK.

Corporate Government
If you reside in the United States or one of several other nations, your city, your county, your state or province and your national governments all operate as corporations.

The constitutional federal government of the United States was replaced with a corporate form in 1871 after the Civil War. Before long state and local governments followed suit. All of these government corporations are interrelated and they often work together.

When you see terms like "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", "The United States Government", "U.S. Government", "The State of _____", "The County of _____", "The City of _____", these are corporate titles. When you cross the border of a city, you may notice the "corporation limit" sign.

The U.S. corporate government has its domicile in the District of Colombia. Its has primary jurisdiction there and in federal territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands; military bases; federal buildings; national parks and forests; and other properties.

Elsewhere in the United States the federal government shares jurisdiction with state and local governments.

The corporate state and city governments are effectively agents for the federal corporate government, which shares its revenues with states and cities with strings attached.

The federal income is mainly garnered from the citizens and businesses residing in states, including those that originally formed the federal government.

The citizens of the states are constitutionally supposed to be in charge of the federal government through their representatives, and the president by the power of elections.

However, the federal corporation has usurped power and is running the show as its own producer and director. It has made over state and local governments into statutory corporate entities after its own image.

The corporate model of government administration utilizes various departments and agencies, many with revenue generating activities, including licenses and fees, income taxes, property taxes, sales or excise taxes and fines and penalties. One or more of these are employed at every level of government.

Policies defining jurisdictions and responsibilities vary in clarity, and duplications and squabbles sometimes arise in the overlapping gray areas.

There is a great deal of crossover of top corporate execs into high level government positions and back to the companies, often in the same industry to which the government job is related.

Government Business
Governments also conduct business enterprises for profit, such as the postal service, the mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, state and interstate lotteries, etc.

Most corporate government entities are businesses themselves, generating a great deal of revenue through licenses, taxes, fines and penalties. A violation of a statute, one of numerous unnecessary corporate government laws, can bring a hefty fine.

For example, by agreeing to participate as a citizen of the corporate state, you must be licensed to drive on the government's roads. If you do so without a current license and you are stopped by police for any reason and checked, you will be compelled to pay the government a fine through a statutory corporate court.

If you are found to be operating a motor vehicle on a public road (defined by statute to be a commercial activity) without either a valid license or corporate insurance coverage, you are in violation and subject to financial penalty.

You simply want to travel from point A to point B, and likely have no intention to conduct commerce, but your activity is regulated nonetheless.

Modern corporate government is a giant inefficient business with the luxury of compelled revenues, similar to the forced taxation and penalties by kings and emperors. Enforcement agents are in place to maintain a high level of compliance in paying taxes and to seek out violations of statutory regulations and administer fines.

Further, the U.S. government controls most all of the land in the nation, nearly all of several western states. State and local governments own a good deal of land as well.

Corporate government jurisdictions overlay older domains as well as each other. For example in the Great Lakes area, there are state, county and township, village or city boundaries and laws in place in what was once "The Northwest Territory", where natives and pioneers until the early 1800's had very little in government laws and oversight.

The individual citizen who has paid off a mortgage and believes that they finally own the land they occupy, is ultimately subject to the "eminent domain" of multiple layers of corporate government. Meanwhile, government charges taxes for using the land and its "improvements", somewhat like lease payments.

The government's income is not dependent on the provision of outstanding service. Without the incentive of earning its revenues, or a strong motive to minimize expenses to maximize profits, government tends toward mediocrity and incredible waste in conducting business.

Like the kings of old, the corporate state compels massive financial support from its subjects, and uses some of its resources to develop tighter surveillance and controls on the population.

Corporate War
War institutions have had supplier industries for centuries. These include: weapon and ammunition manufacturers; equipment suppliers; food, fuel and provision providers; even mercenaries.

The Viet Nam War was an obvious corporate enterprise engaged for profit and research and development of weapons. The U.S. military venture in Iraq had a number of known corporate players besides the military itself.

War is big business. Good technologies are expensive, and every piece of equipment has parts, meaning multiple levels of feeder businesses. The war industry has strong connections and influence.

When President Dwight Eisenhower, former Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in World War II, left The White House in 1960, he warned of the power of what he called "The Military Industrial Complex". This war machine has grown substantially since then.

The war industry makes more profit in one day of war than they do in one year of peace. They work through selected politicians to initiate or maintain wars.

There are those who are convinced that justifications for the United States or other nations to engage in war are exploited by those in control. Sometimes these events may even be set up on purpose, what is known as a "false flag".

Examples of incidents leading to war are: the sinking of the ship, The Maine, which initiated the Spanish-American War in the Philippines; the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, the Viet Nam Gulf of Tonkin incident, the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center prompting the "war on terrorism", the claim of "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq, etc.

Corporate Entertainment
Through institutional entertainment, the TICK can both distract people from critical thinking and put forth propaganda at the same time.

TV shows with a crime theme feed people’s fears of criminal activities, as well as convincing them that the ongoing development of "anti-crime" technology is a good thing.

Most people accept being monitored on video wherever they go in public. Do they know the extent of it, or are they okay with the government having most of our personal information and access to the rest? Most of us carry a cell phone, which can be located by its transmissions. Before long they will want us all to be even more “trackable” than we are already.

Catastrophes in movies and TV shows often demonstrate authorities at work to resolve a situation. Thereby people will recognize the process and be prepared to submit to authorities, if and when a major national emergency occurs that prompts a presidential declaration and possible martial law by "Executive Order".

Similar to the court jester who was the only subject permitted to mock and ridicule the king and queen, today's comedians make fun of government officials and celebrities in the news, and various commentators criticize them.

These counter voices help to vent some of the frustration about the eroding of the quality of life, yet they also serve to defuse the people's dissatisfaction with those in charge.

Corporate News
The conglomerate broadcasts only what they want us to know or believe, or what will keep us apathetic.

The controllers have hidden information and secret technologies about which there is nothing in the mainstream media, which is mostly controlled by the TICK.

"The press" colludes in keeping certain things under wraps. They display a parade of disasters, controversies, sports, celebrity events and troubles, political candidates, policy issues and developments, economic and financial ups and downs, the price changes of oil and gasoline, "human interest" stories and tips, distracting the average person from figuring out the whole picture, and overwhelming them with how complex the world appears to be.

Predictive programming is used in the news, TV programs, movies, etc., to present memes and serve psyops.

Corporate Food
Shelf life, taste, appearance, packaging, and advertising have been the main features of corporate food marketing. Sugar, corn syrup, Aspartame, MSG, GMOs, preservatives, dyes, BPA in packaging and other poisons, are integral to much of manufactured food and nutrition products. Public poisoning is done on purpose to drive medical profits, decrease fertility and reduce the population.

Through public interest and demand, nutrition has become more of a focus in the last twenty years or so. To address this interest, food product manufacturers have added synthetic vitamins and inorganic minerals to many items, but these are poor substitutes for the real nutrients in organic natural foods.

Food product manufacturing, mega-farming and livestock operations waste a lot of food. Dependence on chemical farming methods have resulted in de-mineralized and devitalized soils, and a great reduction in fertile topsoil.

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) have been inserted into the seed pool, now making up almost all of several major crops: corn, soybeans, sugar beets, canola and alfalfa. Consumers, including livestock fed GMO corn, soy and alfalfa, as well as humans eating GMO products, are having significant health problems. The digestive tract is seriously damaged for starters.

The TICK conglomerate agricultural and food interests are driven by profits over quality, and they work hand-in-hand with the chemical industry.

Food products are branded, advertised and merchandized by corporately planned shelf placement and promotions. Companies pay shelving fees to stake out supermarket shelf space for their products.

Giant corporate restaurant chains develop effective combinations of food products, preparation and serving systems, decor, atmosphere, and marketing, to deliver standardized meals to hungry consumers trained for eating out as an expected lifestyle choice.

Most people overeat the poor quality foods and consumable junk products marketed to them all their lives by the TICK, partly because their body's needs are not satisfied without natural nutrition.

Is it any wonder so many people are overweight and suffering various degenerative diseases with the food products they have been led to consume?

Corporate Water
The water delivered to homes through dirty piping systems by local corporate governments is a chemical cocktail, containing especially chlorine to reduce the chance of infection by bacteria in the water, and fluoride, purportedly to help prevent dental decay, as well as traces of agricultural, industrial and medical chemicals.

Chlorine is a poison to humans, which in the form of a gas, has actually been used in war as a “weapon of mass destruction”. It is a major contributor to circulatory disease and cancer since they began to put it in city tap water in 1910.

Fluoride, another chemical almost universally added to public water supplies, hardens not only teeth, but bones, brains and other tissues. It reduces intelligence, fosters apathy, impairs memory, and it may be a contributor to the greater incidence of Alzheimer’s disease.

The precedent for mass drugging of the populace with fluoride was set in Nazi controlled Germany, where apathy became an insidious ally to martial law and state sanctioned genocide.

Corporate Medicine
Poor quality chemically treated food and water, electromagnetic stress and other unhealthy lifestyle choices encouraged by the TICK, serve institutional medicine with a long line of customers.

Pharmaceuticals, chemicals in public water and the low nutritional value and chemical content of corporate foods, are actually causing almost all of the widespread health issues and early deaths that impair people's lives today.

Drug side effects and interactions are major detriments to health. Health issues, often medically caused, preoccupy the attention of many people, and waste massive amounts of resources and time.

Most drugs do not correct health problems. They simply mask the symptoms. With pharmaceuticals, health conditions do not really improve as they might with natural foods, nutritional and herbal supplements, and other natural health methods.

Incredibly, these beneficial natural items are repeatedly targeted for restriction by the TICK medical cartel's puppet bureaucratic enforcement agents.

Corporate Police
There are many layers of law enforcement. More than one of these may be involved in working on a crime investigation, depending on the circumstances.

Individual officers may care about the people of the public that they serve, especially the victims of crime. However, law enforcement today is expected to have a major focus on protecting the assets of the TICK and serving their interests.

With the militarization of law enforcement in the last several years, officers are now being trained to be forceful and even unsympathetic as they impose the dictates of the ever encroaching state with weapons of war and occupation force tactics.

When a driver is stopped by the police, the first thing checked is the corporate documents. The driver's license and auto registration are commercial agreements for operating a vehicle on the corporate state highways and byways.

The computer records maintained for these motor vehicle licenses provide a means of identifying one's current status within the TICK. The collation of information provides an instant profile of each person, as the network of high tech surveillance equipment, including roadside cameras, cell phones, chips in vehicles, and much more, tracks one's whereabouts at almost any time and location.

A police identification check of a driver now includes verifying an up-to-date insurance card. Proof of liability insurance was added several years ago as an additional corporate document required of vehicle operators by the corporate state.

A major police task is generating revenue for the corporate government through fines and confiscations. If the police accuse you of violating corporate regulations, the TICK will obtain an additional amount of your assets beyond what they normally get by taxation alone, through the penalties and/or lawyer and court fees.

Even without conviction, asset forfeiture for an alleged or framed crime is now a common practice for bolstering the coffers of a local government or corrupt officials.

Many long term inmates in prisons are to some degree a captive work force, working within the prison for peanuts while generating a revenue stream for the corporate system. A number of prisons are now being run by corporate contractors specializing in incarceration methods for profit.

Corporate Education
The educational system is oriented toward preparing people to work for the TICK, and to live the energy dependent, hypnotized consumer lifestyle the TICK has fashioned.

Curriculum and rules of behavior are generally oriented toward acclimating to routine set activities. Lessons are mostly geared for regurgitation of rote information or practicing basic skills.

"Common Core" has been a federal protocol disseminated through local schools dependent on funding programs from higher levels of government, follows upon the disastrous "no child left behind" program that had already watered down education to minimal standards.

Curriculum and textbooks have been manipulated to present revised history and fraudulent science regarding the false human caused climate change agenda serving the global takeover by agencies of the elite controllers.

Schools do little to develop critical thinking with which people might analyze what the TICK is doing. Most middle schools and high schools are run like "prison lite". With the school administrations striving for orderliness and minimization of disturbances, students are receiving behavioral training as much as knowledge. They are taught to follow orders and to dress, move and act within regulated limits.

As a former substitute teacher, often used in long term math situations, I became very familiar with school operations. Outside of the honors and advanced placement classes, in the normal classroom discipline has just as much emphasis as learning. The skills, knowledge, self-respect and behavior of most students is so abysmal, it raises great concern about the future of our society.

Part of the reason the United States has fallen behind other nations in educational accomplishment is that the TICK's interests trump education here.

At the level of higher education, exploration of the imagination and development of critical inquiry have gradually been diminished in favor of routine accumulation of information and "facts", that may or may not be true, and skills useful to the corporate system.

Here is a personal example of the TICK's influence on my own educational choice:

Many years ago during the Viet Nam War, I went to my local draft board to obtain an extension of my college draft deferment for one additional school term. I wanted to take a couple of needed courses to complete a second major in philosophy, in addition to my major in economics.

The draft board secretary refused to even submit my request to the board. Here is what she said: "Philosophy! What good is philosophy? How are you going to get a job with that? The board will not approve that. I'm not even going to waste their time with that request!"

The need for draftee slaves for the corporate war was more important than a student's further intellectual development. This mindset had been well indoctrinated by the 1960's even in a low level government servant.

Corporate Identity
Even the few of us who are able to fashion a livelihood outside of a corporate or government job, are still involved in the conglomerate.

Through a birth certificate, social security number, driver's license, auto registration, professional license, business license, bank account, credit accounts, credit bureau profile, utilities accounts, insurance policies, securities holdings, passport, and/or various taxation accounts, etc., as well as by exchanges within the marketplace, almost everyone has a corporate identity.

"Identity theft" for the purpose of fraud is a major crime wave we have all heard about. If your bank card data or other information is captured by criminals by whatever means, the "identity" that they are exploiting is your "corporate identity".

This, of course, is not your real identity. The records of your interaction with the TICK make up your corporate profile.

However, who you really are is a personal living spiritual being, and your true essence cannot be stolen or controlled.

Living In The Corporate Society

The Conglomerate is a "Transnational Interlocking Corporate Kingdom". It has been gradually fashioned with the intent to move humanity into a "New World Order", a highly organized controlled society administered by a super corporatist state bureaucratic scientific technocracy.

The planning and implementation of this was developed slowly over multiple generations by elitist psychopaths employing their secret methods including the unique "psyence" utilizing mass doping and duping, fear and genocide.

Almost everything we assume or think we know may be inaccurate or completely wrong by the design of planners weaving a web of deception for centuries, much more intensely in the past century with rapidly advancing technology.

At the same time, over these many years we have been "dumbed down", and our health continues to be slowly undermined by nutritional deficiency and multiple small doses of public poisons.

Pervasive
Every aspect of life from food to medicine to finances to news to entertainment is subject to conglomerate influence or control.

Virtually all institutions of substantial size or importance in nearly every sector of human endeavor are corporations connected to the conglomerate. In addition to the giant for-profit corps, most substantial non-profits are also part of it. The governments of many developed nations, including the United States, operate as corporations themselves.

Governments at every level in the United States are corporations. Each level has its own bureaucracy. The cabal has embedded itself into all these forms of government.

Through personal relationships of powerful people, interlocking boards, mergers, acquisitions, lobbying, contributions, promotions, treaties, laws, mutual projects, bureaucratic maneuvering and other venues of influence; this giant corporate network controls industries, economies, educational institutions, governments, intelligence agencies, militaries, technologies and populations.

Living In The Conglomerate
Most people around the world are dependent on this complex bureaucratic network for their learning, their income, their supply of goods and services, and most of their information.

With all the documentation and other connections, and the various digital devices and security systems in place, it is nearly impossible for individuals to fly under the corporate radar. "Big Brother" keeps rolling out ever more sophisticated ways to keep track of us, as well as to manipulate us.

Leading to the broad control they have today, the economy, finance, war, chemicals, technology, mind control methods and the media have been the main arenas for the conglomerate to guide events around the world in the direction the top controllers have intended.

They have mastered economic manipulation from the position of the international banking system, and favored the corporate structure throughout the business realm.

The conglomerate uses the financial tools of controlling currencies, creating massive amounts of debt, setting and collecting interest, infiltrating treasuries, levying taxes, funding projects, fashioning stock deals and mergers, manipulating stocks, commodities and other markets, introducing products, and influencing the prices of nearly all products and assets.

The controllers use diverse weapons, including debt, financial hardship, chemical poisoning, pharmaceuticals, electromagnetic pollution, viruses and other biological agents, war and covert operations, to weaken and create distress, setting people up for manipulation.

Further, they have evolved the media as a pervasive propaganda tool, literally creating our lifestyle through hypnotic persuasion, false reality news and predictive programming.

Now they have Artificial Intelligence, the smart grid surveillance system and the "internet of things" to thoroughly monitor and track everyone and everything.

Working For The TICK
The TICK wants low cost, obedient workers who do what they are told without rocking the boat. Most of those in corporate management despise unions, especially when there is the threat of a walkout or an actual strike for better wages and/or working conditions.

My best buddy in the neighborhood I grew up in was the son of a Teamsters' Union official who organized many work places in our area. He is legendary for helping local workers to better pay and an improved work environment.

My first corporate job, which this neighbor dad lined up for me, was a low-end Teamster position sorting returned glass bottles for a major brand soda pop bottler. I worked very hard for a low wage on the night shift, at a conveyer line set in a dirty back room, with broken glass on the floor and rats hiding among the stacks of bottles on skids.

Only about half of us working there were union; the rest were from a temporary service. The temp issue was a point of contention among the union workers, as mostly the same temp workers were there night after night, filling what would have been union spots. They were paid less, and their work was slow and inefficient.

The boss was a loud, foul-mouthed, angry older man who yelled at us frequently. The union guys were the targets of his wrath when the quantity of work was less than he wanted, even though it was the temps who usually caused things to get bogged down. His excuse was the claim that the higher ups were on him to accomplish more.

We often had to work overtime until after the day shift arrived, sweating hard to get everything done. The overtime pay cost the company more, and they didn't like that. The night boss would hear about it from his superiors when performance was behind or worker costs were too high.

If you think that beverage bottler job sounds tough, my uncle told me stories of his youth in the late 1930's when laborers got paid less than 50 cents an hour, and had only a couple minutes for a break and about 5 to 10 minutes for lunch.

Some of them managed to gobble a sandwich while getting in a quick game of horseshoes during the lunch break, but they mostly "busted their hump" almost constantly for 10 to 12 hours, seven days a week.

Workers in the old corporate baron days had little flexibility in their schedule, and vigorous effort was demanded. The bosses could always find someone else to take the place of a slow poke or anyone who missed coming to work.

Unions helped corporate laborers obtain better pay and working conditions. However, the unions themselves became hierarchical corporate structures which sometimes have power struggles and other problems.

Further, unions may cause inefficiencies in production in the industry they serve. In some cases, union protocols result in workers having little to do but stand around or take a nap for extended times. This contributed to the corporations moving operations overseas to save on labor costs.

Today, especially with the tight job market, there is pressure in government agencies, academic institutions and companies for employees to make a respectable effort and even sacrifice for the good of the employer.

Meanwhile, the statist oriented unions of government workers tend to encourage and support the movement toward socialism or the new global paradigm, "communitarianism".

In all conglomerate institutions, participants are expected to "follow the party line". In many important sectors there is a set protocol of what is acceptable in theory, research and practice. Points of view outside of the conventional one are considered out of line or ridiculed as unsubstantiated speculation.

The Big Corporation Up Close And Personal
As a young man during the summers of my college years as an honors economics student, I was privileged to work in the finance department for one of the largest corporations in the world.

My mother was an accountant and worked as the assistant to the General Auditor at this massive company. Her best friend was the secretary to the Executive Vice President of Finance. I got this summer job mostly because of these connections.

Considered to be an intern in training to become a junior executive, I worked directly for the Manager of Finance and his boss, the Treasurer of this global corporation.

At just 19 years of age, I was given a variety of significant duties, including working with domestic retailer credit accounts, analyzing bank account activity and reviewing financial instruments for international orders.

My first summer there I learned the operation of the international finance desk. The following summer at age 20 I actually ran this important desk as the regular employee moved upstairs to prepare for a position overseas. Then I trained the new hire to work this job.

Among other tasks, I analyzed cash flow through company bank accounts, and I examined letters of credit and worked out problems with them. This work involved daily phone communication with some of the largest banks in the world.

Having close working relationships with insiders at this large company and with staff people at the huge international banks, most of them based in New York City, I became familiar with big time corporate culture.

Several of the key mega-banks hold an incredible amount of debt obligations of many large companies as well as governments. These banks are giant multi-national corporations as are most of their larger clients.

The execs of big banks, large corporations, governments and transnational institutions have strong influence on each other.

Executives of big corps and of international agencies such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Bank for International Settlements, the Agency For International Development, the World Trade Organization, the World Health Organization and the United Nations, as well as government leaders, all interact with each other in business, socially and at events of mutual interest, including secret society functions.

The big shots at the product-oriented corporation I worked for, at the giant banks that finance it, in government agencies and running international institutions, have been scratching each other's backs for many years. The international organizations serve to make doing business easier and safer for these global players.

Within the corporation where I worked were longstanding practices involving dummy subsidiary companies, set up in selected nations with one person offices, through which orders, shipments and payments could be channeled, at least on paper, for tax avoidance and other legal purposes.

I would walk through the "Mahogany Row" executive offices every day on the way to my desk, and even had the opportunity to sit in those offices getting to know and often talk with the Treasurer, Executive VP of Finance and other execs of this company. I worked closely with the Manager of Finance and knew him very well.

The Corporate Mindset
The mindset encouraged from the top down was serving the corporation. You were there to make the corporation better and more profitable, without rocking the boat by trying to change things too much.

Employees on their way up in management were expected to be conservative in dress and lifestyle, to live in the nice suburbs, and to be involved in society, such as a country club and certain organizations.

Most salaried employees watched the clock just like hourly employees in the factory. These office workers would have everything put away and their desks cleared so they were ready to run for the door and their cars at 5 pm.

On the other hand, those aspiring to climb the management ladder were willing to work after hours.

As in most companies of any size, there was a major push each year for employees to make a donation to a giant "united" tax-free non-profit corporation that supports multiple charities. While doing some good things for people in need, this well-known corporate program also substantially supports a number of medical and social institutions that serve the conglomerate agenda.

A corporation is not inherently evil. Many corporations of various sizes are led by fine honorable people. Most of the people working in corporations are doing their jobs well. If corporate government is included, most workers in our economy toil in a corporate environment. They are serving in the positions that the corporate system has made available.

It is the wealthy big shots at the top of many of the very large corporations that are interconnected with the politicians, diplomats and media moguls in the TICK conglomerate.

Corporate Kings & Barons
There is sometimes a spirit of competition between companies in the same market. However, there is quite a lot of interchange between leaders of giant corporations in different markets, including shared board members and executives who come over from connected corporations.

The giant banks form a significant connecting link between corporate execs of major companies. A large multinational corporation usually has accounts with nearly all the mega banks.

Most big banks have primarily been owned or controlled for a very long time by a small number of greatly wealthy families.

The extremely highly paid CEO’s and other executives of the giant banks and other super corporations are like royalty, each in their own domain.

They can make decisions effecting thousands of employees and stockholders, and perhaps millions of customers. They usually live in palatial homes with servants, enjoying a luxurious lifestyle and traveling in private limos and jets. Many of them have access to technologies and opportunities well hidden from the general populace.

In the huge companies, directives and policies are passed down from on high. "Check with corporate," and "it comes from corporate," are phrases that have become common among employees of big corporations.

There is a lot of "interconnectedness" in philosophy, lifestyle and cultural preferences within the conglomerate. It is like a huge fraternity with both spoken and unspoken expectations, career enhancing favoritism and wealth preserving loyalty.

The "bottom line" interests throughout the corporate world are profit, status, connections, mutual benefits and control.

Personal Choice
I chose not to work for the big corporation after college. The attitude, the lifestyle and the climate of the corporate culture just did not appeal to me.

Still, I have some experience with strategizing and decision-making in boardrooms. I have been the executive vice president of a small business corporation with a few partners, and have also been on the boards of several small non-profit corporations, including being the board president of three of these.

Except for several years of substitute teaching in both public and private schools, I have been able to avoid employment by a large corporation or government since those early days.

Caring For One Another

If you are not already aware of it, this information may be shocking and a lot to consider at once. It is unlikely that all that has been mentioned in this analysis will happen, but events that will change life for all of us are more than probable. They are already happening.

Awareness and cooperation are essential for humanity to make our way out of the deep trap The Powers That Be have created for us. We must break free of the ignorance instilled by poisoning with chemicals and electromagnetic fields, and the hypnosis by distraction and fear that keeps us confused and clinging to the hope of normalcy.

It is very important to form an alliance with your close friends and relatives to help each other through difficult times. Such an alliance is the best resource for making plans to provide food, shelter and protection for yourselves.
